Welcome to my writing space. Here I share gentle reflections and creative pieces from my life and faith journey, as well as the begginnings of short stories that are still infants.

Raw Writing Wall

Restoration from the Restorer

The cracks in the wall,  the appearance of grace, the pointers to need, the areas that are made new first. The builder comes in, the surveyor picks out the troubled spots, the blemish shout out to them, pick me, do me,  wash me clean, build me up, paint me, put gold in that spot.  Oh to work with the builder to submit and trust His brush, His chisel, His heart, His vision.  What about all this wallpaper that has been stuck on, picked off, stared at for too long.  I remember, what the builder became the capstone.

  • True worth does not come from self-sufficiency

    • It comes from what the Lord pours in

    • It comes from the Love He sees when He looks at me and delicately mends with creativity forged within Heaven’s glazed light, thread that is entwined with gold and pearls mix and unending love that didn’t end with death but birthed through death a bright light for all to see & that love landed and encamped around me, folding me in a invisible glow that one day all will see and know that He is God.

    • My heart is needed into a fresh beet adn a new song created.

  • The empty room is filled and fulled with the freshness of the morning, the dew delicately dripped over the valley’s fruitfulness to present the day in a new way , it invites a tasting and the abundance invites (taking just enough).

Reflections

Delayed Hope:

In the delay of hope, the weeds grew, but you were there, and hope grew.
In the delay of hope, the forest surrounded and the path’s grew dim, but you were there and led me through & hope shone through.
In the delay of hope, the water rose, but you were there, hope cradled.
In the delay of hope, I started to sink in the mire, but you were there, hope lifted.
In the delay of hope, the darkness invaded, but you were there, hope lit the way.
In the delay of hope, I awoke to fear, but you were there, hope sheltered.
In the delay of hope, you were there, you led me to the narrow way.
You were there, you pruned the weeds & transformed the garden and hope arose.
You were there, you took my hand as I walked through the forest, you showed me the way, and hope arose.
You were there, I learnt to swim, you showed me the rip tides and hope arose.
In the delay of hope, you were there, you led me along the narrow way.
I walked ahead for a while but I could hear your gentle russells behind me, I carried on, but my ears had become attuned.  I came to a cross road, I knew you were there, I waited and watched the way you would go, I changed direction because you were there.
You walked ahead for a while and I followed, I stopped to smell the fragrances but my eyes and ears were alert to your every move. You are there, I trust your narrow way.
For a moment I lost you, I called your name and you were there and hope arose.
In the delay of hope, you were there, you are the narrow way.

Remembering we are dust:

From the Merciful Womb of Heaven He sent seeds - He remembered we were dust.

Dust gently lifted, tenderly crafted, fertilized by the breath of life, a life was born & our Lord tenderly breathed and the dust silhouetted by heaven's glow sent stardust excitedly into space, when time settled bringing the golden glow of silence, light dancing in stillness - Adam

Dust fertilised by life’s blossom and richness of the Kings essence

Love tenderly looked on and He remembered we are dust.

Let your dust dance with praise, let it sing on high, let the dusty star’s hear the song and twinkle with delight

Bring Him your dust and He will seed it with love for He is kind

Bring Him your dust and He will seed it with forgiveness bringing vitality & healing

Bring Him your dust, He will save it from the grave & settle you heavenward in His presence

Bring Him your dust and He will seed it with feathers  so you can be lifted

Bring Him your dust and He will seed it with compassionate justice

Bring Him your dust and He will place His Torah infused Spirit within to teach you His ways

Bring him your dust and He will seed it with kindness and merciful love of Heaven’s womb

He remembers we are dust -

He fertilizes the soil with our forgiven sins - enriched by the blood that bought forgiveness

He remembers we are dust - His love flows like a river over the wild seeds and takes our sins eternally away & those that receive His love, spring up and grow so quickly bringing His beauty wherever they go, reflecting His love

He remembers they are dust and when the hot winds blow, He collects the seeds of heaven to beautify the New Earth.

Bring Him your dust for He remembers we are dust.

His love endures forever.
